our products is of the utmost importance to us. If there is a problem with
your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it for you
quickly. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges
policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Riches Hawaii. If there is a problem
with your order, please notify us by email immediately so that we may work
with you to arrange a return, replacement, or credit. A credit (less
shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original
condition within 14 days of delivery. JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SPECIAL
ORDER ITEMS, AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
UNLESS YOU MISTAKENLY RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S).
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Riches
Hawaii or issues of quality, please contact us within 5 days of delivery,
and we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The
replacement order will be sent via standard delivery.
Please retain the original packing materials for any item that you wish to
return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the
original packing materials have been worn during the initial shipping. We must receive goods
in its original condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. We
cannot accept collect deliveries. Please be sure to obtain a delivery
tracking number and insure your items as we are not responsible any items that are damaged or lost.
Complete the return form, prepay your shipping with a delivery tracking number
and insure your package(s) and return them to the address as provided in our
return authorization letter.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for receipt and processing of your
return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of
return processing.
WE MUST RECEIVE GOODS IN NEW CONDITION TO FULLY CREDIT YOU FOR THE RETURN OR
EXCHANGE. ITEMS CANNOT BE WASHED, WORN, OR ALTERED, AND ALL ORIGINAL TAGS
MUST REMAIN ATTACHED.
Before you make a return, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) by contacting us at orders@richeshawaii.com. Please
specify the reason for return.
Once you receive our confirmation, download our Return/Exchange form and
return the completed form along with your package.

Changes to Orders
Once you place an order at our online store, you cannot make changes. For
