You don't have to register to explore Riches Hawaii, but registering and creating an account will allow you to fully enjoy our site. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customized over time.

If you register and create an account with Riches Hawaii, you can store credit card information for easier shopping, maintain an address book, notify friends about products or features on Riches Hawaii using E-mail to a Friend, review your order history, check current orders and edit billing or shipping information.

My Account gives registered users access to an account of personal information, like stored credit card information and addresses and stored Shopping Bags, as well as access to our E-mail to a Friend feature. Signing in makes for an easier purchase process, as most of the necessary purchase information has been recorded by you previously and then stored for your convenience; it also allows you to visit members-only parts of our sites without re-registering.

You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation email. You will be able to find the shipping status of your order by going to www.USPS.com and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.

When you are shopping at our online store and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased, removed or when you leave our site.

For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your Riches Hawaii account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address at Riches Hawaii must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Registered members or repeat customers may receive our promotion coupons via emails or other advertisement.

Steps for redeeming a Promotional Code:
Enter your Promotional Code on the Payment page or the Review Your Order page when prompted.

Codes are case sensitive.

Click "Apply."

If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Code per order will be accepted and can not be combined with any other discount offers.

Riches Hawaii must collect 4.712% state and local taxes for items shipped to a Hawaii address.
