1.) Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently have plans to produce a catalog. We offer our website as our online catalog communicate information about our products and ideas using our email newsletter which is sent monthly. To sign up for our newsletter please send a blank email to us at mailinglist@richeshawaii.com.

2.) Can I place my order now and have it delivered at a later date?
If you would like to defer shipping and delivery of your order, simply note your preferred shipping date in the special instructions window of the order confirmation page. Shipping will be subject to the same shipping procedures as a normal order and you should select a shipping method.
3.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
4.) How is sales tax calculated?
Riches Hawaii must collect 4.712% state and local taxes for items shipped to a Hawai'i address.
5.) Is my personal information confidential?
Your privacy is important to us. Riches Hawaii collects information from our customers and users at several points on our website to facilitate delivery of services or fulfillment of your order. Riches Hawaii does not sell, share, or rent this information in any way. The information that you provide is collected for our use only and we take every precaution to protect it both online and offline. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6.) What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Riches Hawaii. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us by email immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund, or credit. A credit (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
NOTE: JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS YOU MISTAKENLY RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S).
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Riches Hawaii or issues of quality, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Delivery.
Please retain the original packing materials for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip. We must receive goods in its original condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. We cannot accept collect deliveries. Please be sure to obtain a delivery tracking # and insure your items as we are not responsible any items that are damaged or lost.
Complete the return form, prepay your shipping with a delivery tracking # and insure your package(s) and return them to the address as provided in our return authorization letter.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
NOTE: WE MUST RECEIVE GOODS IN NEW CONDITION TO FULLY CREDIT YOU FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS CANNOT BE WASHED, WORN, OR ALTERED, AND ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED.
- Before you make a return, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us first at orders@richeshawaii.com. Please specify the reason for return.
- Once you receive our confirmation, download the Return/Exchange form and return the completed form along with your package.

7.) How do I know that my online transactions are safe?
All personal information (such as email address, name, address, credit card number, etc.) is transmitted in an encrypted form for your safety. All transactions are kept secure when you use any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser such as Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Safari to order our products. These browsers automatically scramble personal information so it remains safe as it travels the Internet. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything we can to protect your information offline. All of the information provided by our users is stored in physically secure areas of our offices, and only employees with a legitimate need to access the information in the performance of their jobs are permitted access to the information.

We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer the following UPS Shipping methods:
- Red Label - UPS Overnight
- Blue Label - UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Ground - Intra O'ahu
10.) Can you tell me when my package will arrive?
Generally, packages will arrive 1-7 days after your order is placed, depending on the shipping method you select and the day of the week the order is placed. For detailed shipping information please refer to our shipping information page. You will receive an email message when your package ships from our location that will include a UPS tracking number.
11.) What is the origin of my shipment?
All orders ship from our Jewelry Store located on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii.
12.) Do you ship to international addresses?
International orders are shipped via USPS but we ask that you contact us directly before placing an order requiring international shipment. You may contact us at customerservice@richeshawaii.com for assistance.
